My favourite cook book at the moment is this one by Jamie Oliver. I've got about 400 cookbooks so it's fair to say I've got a few!

Basic recipes that are easy to follow and utterly delicious. I lent it to my neighbour and she's had to buy her own copy as she loves it too!

It's also the only cookbook I've used for months!
